Always easy to use so that I can do taxes by myself each year. The info sections are a great help when you don't know what something means. There's plenty of help if you're unsure and it's thorough to make sure you file correctly.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

I've been filing my taxes with turbotax since 2014. It has always been so easy to use and military friendly. I can't see myself using any other platform or tax preparer other than turbotax.
