I was mostly happy with using Turbo Tax. I had a few snags with entering some deductions. And in the end they charged me for an upgrade when I didn't ask for it.

TurboTax does it again. Ive been using it for years and it keeps getting easier. Like this years format and the QR code to download documents was super helpful.
