I feel so confident when I do my taxes, even when having multiple W2 and small businesses. The questions are thorough and the search bar or information on the sidebar always has the answers I need.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

COMPLICATED! NEEDS TO BE SIMPLIFIED SO THAT THE COMPLETE FILING PROCESS CAN BE EASIER TO UNDERSTAND AND COMPLETION WILL BE FASTER.
