Always makes taxes super simple and it gets better every year! Don't know why I would file anywhere else, I save money filing, and have the satisfaction of doing it myself.

Misleading!

This was a stressful process. Turbotax calculated my dividends and interest incorrectly and up to the very end showed me certain amount taxes I owe. After I prepared those money on my account and logged in the next day TurboTax showed me a significantly bigger number which turned out to be a correct one. What if I filed taxed not having enough money on my account???? I realized all this after I paid for the return so I had to re-enter my income several time and re-calculate everything manually to verify the numbers. Next year I'm going to the tax adviser instead.

Super simple, easy to navigate, easy to understand and TurboTax is convenient. When I started to file my taxes online, I entered my information on multiple E-filing platforms (out of curiosity) and my return with TurboTax exceeded all of the other platforms. Haven’t filed anywhere else since!
