TurboTax is a scam

This platform is easy but way too expensive and greedy, and it discriminates against those living overseas by charging us extra to file when we have no returns because we dont have taxable income. Terrible platform and now that I have a sample return I will just copy the data manually next year.

Did my taxes by myself, as I do every year, and Turbo Tax always makes this simple for me.They easily guide you through the process and make sure you do not miss anything important. It's an easy but thorough process.I have no complaints!

TT is frustrating.

Have used TT for years, but found this experience frustrating. Have been able to upload previous years info. This felt like Day 1. Was unable to review forms or access 'get help with printing'. Would have preferred to mail state, but ended up paying for etransmit.
