Updating banking info

Software was very difficult when trying to update prior banking info that has changed since last year. After an hour on the phone with two different people at TurboTax, I finally figured it out myself. You need to update software so banking info is in the customers user info. I had to pick "Split your return" to finally find a way to update this info.

For some reason, this year it was faster and easier than ever! I'm pleased with what appears to be a streamlined and seamless process.

Reliable if occasionally obscure

The changed format took especially long time to learn, compared to last year's. It was a disappointment to not be able to see the actual forms as they were filled out. That said, I'm left with a confident feeling that all 3 returns are correctly prepared.
