2024 Version is the worst experience!

This year was the worst I have ever had doing my taxes. Nothing was clear or made sense. I had to call to get help about Schedule C because it would not let me move past it but did not explain or give me a worksheet for what I was suppose to enter. I kept getting looped around to the same pages over and over again.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Feeling comfortable and confident in something is a rare thing.
Turbo Tax has never steered me wrong and so has my confidence in their product.
