Had an issue with 1099 INT zip code error. Did speak with rep. and did screen share was able to correct issue. Reps. Were very helpful.

The product is great but I resent having to pay $178 when my filing is so simple and my return is tiny. Having to pay to get the money I've already earned feels like an insult.

Turbo tax scams inattentive users.

Scammy tactic of offering users to pay for the turbo tax product with their refund. While charging them whole $40 dollars to do so. The product costs $89 and you want a $40 dollars interest for the advance of a month.
