Very hard to view pages and did not allow moving info from CD version on desktop to online. terrible experience.

Turbo Tax needs to be a little more user friendly

It was a little less helpful as a different return I used 2 years ago, but the price was slightly cheaper. Slightly. Every time I got out of the program (once I was at the filing stage), I couldn't start where I left off, but had to enter info again. Very annoying and time consuming. Difficult to find documents. Couldn't look at last years return like I could in another tax program. I did like the help, it cleared many things up easily and quickly.

This years version does not display a constant dollar refund updated in the corner, which i enjoy watching as i progress.

I love using turbo tax. It is user friendly and helps me find all the tax breaks needed. With having contracting jobs you can have turbotax add up all the job expenses and catagorizes them.
