I did all the forms myself yet got bumped up from $89 to $169 because turbo tax decided a more expensive product..
I spent hours trying to rectify this charge. I had to delete and redothe form with the assistant of a live person to insure that the higher fee was not charged again. this took hours to resolve.

They forced me to buy their premium selection because I sold property for a tax gain or loss. It did not help. So thank you for taking $100 from me.
