Lose the pop up questionnaire & it would be a 5

easy and fast. A few things that suck are a questionnaire that pops up part way through asking how your experience is going and this review. Both are unnecessary and annoying and I dont like being forced to give a review for a product I've paid for. The stars would be a 5 if not for these ridiculous things

Turbo Tax is Unreliable

I've used Tax Act in prior years but decided to use Turbo Tax this year because it could electronically upload my brokerage statements This still used a lot of my time because I had to adjust information presented for each sale. After I entered all my information and had everything ready with an expected refund amount I left the return because I was waiting for 1 small item to add. When I went back another day and added it the return showed me owing a lot of money instead of getting a refund. The amount I added was small and I knew the amount owed was in error. After much review of my return I found my brokerage statement as well as a 1099R had been uploaded twice. Fortunately I did tax returns professionally in the early years of my career so I knew the return as presented had a problem. I probably won't use Turbo Tax again. A person with less experience would have been worrying about getting the money to pay the IRS. Even when run thru review Turbo Tax did not pick up that the same brokerage statement numbers were added twice.

It can get a little confusing once in a while, but that's nothing compared with doing my taxes myself. My taxes are very complicated but TurboTax makes it really easy.

Truly amazing

At first I couldn't figure It out on my own, but I called and I forget his name but he was amazing! He truly did an awesome job helping me figure out what was wrong with my taxes and stayed on the line with me till I was comfortable. Truly a hero in disguise!!
