TurboTax is confusing when it comes to QCDs

I was disappointed that when I entered my required minimum distribution (RMD) information there was no mention of qualified charitable distributions (QCDs), and consequently I did not enter this information before filing my tax return. I had to file an amended return, and asked TurboTax AI how to enter my QCD information, but the guidance did not match what I saw on the relevant screens, and so it was very confusing!
