Itsdeductible Import a nightmare!

Very easy and great to navigate...with the exception of importing Itsdeductible...took longer to figure that out than to enter the deductions! Why doesn't that option automatically emerge when the deduction section is opened? It's a problem every year...and this year I was aggravated enough to consider another vendor next year....
