Won't allow me to e-file

Frustrating software to use. After over ten hours of work on it, it won't allow me to e-file due to some forms not approved by the IRS allegation. I will definitely switch to another vendor next time.

Amended return thru Turbo Tax no problem

I made a mistake filing my federal and state returns and had to file amended returns for the first time in my life. Turbo Tax walks you through this process pretty clearly though I did have to connect with a real person for one question I had and the Turbo Tax rep handled that very well.
