I didn't appreciate the sneaky way you try to get someone to sign off on your using their personal data by making it appear you were getting a signature to file. Not cool!

I appreciate that TurboTax can walk you through rental property deductions. I also just opened a small business, so hope next year I can use it for that as well!

Terrible. Use a different tax filing source

I have used TurboTax for years with no issue. No knock to two of the three customer service reps that I talked to but this experience was terrible. I was overcharged by $119 and was never provided a refund after 3 attempts to receive a partial.
