Too many hidden "convenience fees" and charges.

It's easy and convenient for a price. Yes, it saves time, and I don't have to leave my house. But, I still feel like they're taking advantage of us with the "fees". 40 bucks just to have them take the payment from your federal payment. It doesn't cost them anything to do that. No matter which way you slice it, you're still out 130-150 bucks. If I filed on my own (simple taxes) I could save myself some money. And, next year, I just might. I'm a 100% service connected disabled veteran, and they don't even offer a discount for us. I have to make an appointment to go see someone to get it done for free. But, the more strapped we get, the more I might have to forgo the "convenience" fees.
