Very Time Consuming

I always enjoyed using Turbo Tax in the past. For some reason, this year it didn't supply previous years data. There also seemed to be quite a few glitches in entering income, I had to delete and reenter several Dividend and Pension Entries. Will look for other options next year.

Turbo tax is veru user friendly.

Turbo tax is easy to use, very detailed, user experience is smooth, intuitive and well designed. Importing documents is straightforward, and the interface provides step-by-step guidance, so you're never left unsure of what to do next.

THE BEST!

After trying other free tax-filing programs, none of them were able to find as many deductions and lower the taxes I owed nearly as much as Turbotax. Also, the customer service is excellent and I trust them. Highly recommend!
