It wouldn't download my W2 for the first time ever. My Charles Schwab account downloaded but with the wrong data and i had to enter it by hand. Once again, I never had that happen before

QR codes didn't work, automatic document import didn't work, couldn't find tax documents when logged into my financial provider. Had to do everything manually anyways.
