Works, but can improve

Since the Standard Deduction is so much, it is a HUGE WASTE OF TIME to enter all the details of deductions if only for comparison purposes. This is DISINGENUOS AND SELF SERVING ON YOUR PART AND SHOULD BE CURTAILED AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. RESPECT people's time. It's ALL we have!

Unclear pricing until the end

Turbo tax is great and I have been using it for many years. Unfortunately they sneak their live products in and make it unclear what product you selected and how much you are paying until the end. I accidentally selected live and the only way to remove it and not pay for it was to completely re-do my taxes...

Honestly, for the most part, and I had to speak with about 10 live helpers throughout the process, each and everyone of them helped me patiently and I couldn't be happier for that. It means a lot to feel accomplished and taken care of. Thank you for all of the help!

The form 511 crap with oklahoma is ridiculous. It requires you to add information for property sold even if you didn't sell property.
