Hidden fees specify more!!!!! Im playing you for my tax return, also i have to pay for deducting what im paying you from my taxes return RIDICULOUS!! TOTAL RIP OFF

Using Turbo Tax is SO easy! Using Turbo Tax gave me the confidence to know that I've done my taxes right, and I've received every credit and deduction that I am entitled to! The option to have the fee for my tax preparation deducted from my refund is awesome! I'm also really happy with the method of receiving my refund.

Way harder to use this year. Not as user friendly. Nothing was prompted. Sections were skipped but not even offered to fill out. Had to search and find it myself.
