It is intuitive, but they are going to upsell you along the way. I'd actually pay more for a tax software that was upfront about costs. Taxes are stressful enough without wondering if you are going to have to choose between starting over with a different company, or swallowing a new $40 surprise
Happy with the ease of use of the product. Also appreciate the searchable HELP and the accuracy checks. Was disappointed however that I was charged $99 for the Federal when I had received the savings offer of $89 to file by 2/28/25 (finished and submitted efiled 2/26/25)

I really enjoy doing my taxes with TurboTax, but I believe it could benefit from more AI integration to make the process even smoother. For example, instead of asking for previous years’ numbers that are already available in past tax returns, AI could automatically extract that information, saving time and reducing errors. Additionally, AI could analyze a user’s profession and business structure to suggest potential savings, identify overlooked deductions, and ensure all necessary payments are made correctly. Enhancing TurboTax with AI in this way would be a game changer, making tax filing more efficient and accurate.
