TurboTax - My Thoughts

I give it a 4 overall.
The Good: Two hours isn't bad to get my taxes done; I think it took me longer last year. I liked the more in-depth look at WHY I'm paying what I'm paying and blended tax rate.
The not so good: I wish the import process was a little more fluid. I found myself not really liking how many times I would make a selection only to be offered the same thing on the next screen. I understand the need for double checking though but not promotional things.
Question: Is there a cost to TurboTax for sending out refunds faster? I imagine the people who want their refunds quicker either need it or are impatient. If it doesn't cost anything to the company, could there be a quicker process for getting our refunds?

Even easier than it was last year!

Overall, it was very easy to follow all steps myself and the questionnaire seemed even simpler than last year. My only suggestions are, 1) Some of my financial documents from my broker (a well-known national brokerage firm) did not download from the brokerage website causing me to download the documents to my laptop and then uploading from my laptop to the TT app. 2) When I was in the section to review and print my return, I timed out and the system didn't remember that I was at that step and bumped me all the way back to the income section causing me to go through all the final steps a second time before transmitting.

I am a repeat customer for like...15 years. I won't ever use another software program. Thanks for always being easy and accurate. I even sing your praises to my teen when she got a job last year and she is now a customer too. I like that you constantly tweak this to improve the user experience. Amazing job, keep up the great work.
