Surprising Fees

I could have paid a professional less money in half the time. The additional fees just kept getting added as the time had already been invested. This is poor practice. Starts by saying free then just 99.00 for that form, then more for the state, then oh yeah we are gonna charge another 40.00 to complete after 90 minutes. Never again!

very easy to use

I have been using Turbo Tax for a number of years and find it very easy to use. This year I purchased an electric car and had some trouble finding the form to report the tax incentive that I gave to the seller. You could make that easy to understand. Because of that it took me longer than usual to finish my tax return.

Very mid...made it seem like I could or should pay more to input stock/div 1099 info but that all turns into a hot mess QUICK on here, and then you get no support unless you pay $170 for the MAX edition..
