TurboTax is always safe, secure and reliable!

I’ve been using TurboTax for 6 year’s consecutively and I would not go anywhere else! I trust them and I’ve tried other tax programs that just didn’t cut it or charged too much. I all always know I’m getting back the most on my refund with TurboTax!

Saved me hundreds, didn’t even leave the house

It took 12 hours. I bought the desktop version and it died. (4 hours lost) But I have a refund coming for that. Good thing Intuit was helpful with that. The online version was easy but time consuming. Next year should be easier since my personal info, income sources should not change. I’m 71 and this is the first time I’ve done my own taxes since the 1990’s. I used my iPad Pro. About an hour was lost fixing mistakes at the very end of the process fixing mistakes that scanned in wrong. The download from Robinhood and Schwab was simple and error free. Will do it again next year.

Trouble with TT in 2024

had trouble with your product this year. Didn't seem like all data (like bank or investment info) was carried over from previous year -- had to reenter a lot of addresses, etc. Also, my institutions are never on your 'download' choices or list (I try!), so it cumbersome to skip through all of that to enter the data myself.

Turbo Tax will only cost you an hour of your life

It was very easy. i just don't like doing taxes in general. But it was nice not having to pay a tax advisor $300. Thank you for that.

Not great but adequate

Most people I know only paid $25 to file their state return. I was charged $39 and not sure why. There was no explanation for the discrepancy. Also, some things during the filing were very hard to edit or go back and change.

Easy because it walks you through everything however you do need some knowledge if your taxes are complicated and you DIY as you sometimes need to seek out an additional form.
