TurboTax is complicated

TurboTax estimated it would take just over 4 hours to complete our returns, I took more than 9 hours. This year was more complicated than in the past.

Bait and switch pricing, the check for errors didn't work the first time and I got prompted again immediately before filing. Somehow, yet again, the QR code for file uploads doesn't work

Turbo Tax pricing is not what it starts out as.

It always says it starts you out with the least expensive option and then by the time you are finished, the pricing is almost tripled.
