Took all the guess work out of the filing.

The process is made very easy to follow and does all the checks and balances for you and when you are satisfied with everything, it's just a mater of signing for the payment and permission to file it. The only issue I had was that I was offered an upgrade that did nothing for me. To use it you had to "Try it for free" and pay for it afterwards for a service I did not qualify for.
