All in all, been very happy filing with TurboTax for the past 5+ years. It is fairly user friendly, but just takes some time to review things carefully. It is nice that there are different options for little help or a lot of help.

TurboTax Good, but needs Fixes

Had difficulty deleting state tax return. Also, some of state data was being cached which made some to the state updates incorrect.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
