Nice as always, but preferred the earlier versions that showed the Tax Due/Refund Due as a running balance throughout the process. Not a big deal, but it makes the journey more interesting.

I did not engage with a live agent, I always do the taxes myself. But it would be easier to not have to add the zeros on the 1095 A document again during the review process since we have already listed them when entering the information the first time. Then it would be good if the previous year numbers for the depreciation for the vehicle automatically is autofilled. It is not easy to put your hands on the information at the time you are completing the document. Overall, the app is getting better.

Could Do Better

Product gets more expensive and harder to use every year. Was charged for two separate subscriptions after I started working on taxes, once for Desktop Advantage, and then again for Premium. Also there should be a disclaimer up front that if you don't allow TT to use your info to sell and for marketing you shouldn't be using it. Software is dumbed down so badly it is hard to use to try to steer customers to use additional costs for live assistance or extra assistance.
