Couple of suggestions.

This product could be more helpful. 1) Why doesn't it remember my driver's license information from last year? 2) Why is it so difficult to apply my refund to next year's taxes? It doesn't give me that choice once I know my refund. Ugh! I really struggled to find how to apply the federal & state overpayments to next year. The Help Button wasn't helpful. Ugh! Ugh!
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments
