I don’t like the fact that I was forced to get premium. My refund was already small so it killed me to have to still pay a fee. But also it was worth paying because it was helpful with the step-by-step process. It is also helpful that they keep all of your information on the platform so when you return the following year information is mostly already there. I do think moving forward, I would go with a truly free Refund avenue.

Thanks for making it easy to file my tax myself. The very first I tried it, I was so scared of keying my info and worrying about making a mistake or didn't know what to do, but the tools have helped me succeed my tax online. This time the only issue I had, was the delays to tell me what I needed to review. It took almost 2 weeks to know what else I should review before completing the final step. But overall, it was a great experience! Thumbs up 👍

Great software. I would just like a little more specificity with the error codes. I had to go back several times to find the right revisit list to find the error. Would like the section the error occurred identified to be more clear. Other than that worked great again this year.

So Frustrating to clear errors

I had 4 cents they wanted more information about even though they got it from directly from my linked account. The instructions about where to jump to to fix it did not match their own category wording/directory structure. It took longer to track to where they had the 1099-MISC hidden (not shown under income category) so that I could delete it than it took to do the whole return.
