I've been using TurboTax for years. Usually everything is seamless (although answering the same questions over and over again is annoying). This year it said I needed to review my stock investments. There was one item that needed review. It wasn't easy finding it but once I fixed it (and the red indicator was removed), the program continued to tell me it needed review. I probably reviewed ~600 transactions several times and could never find the issue. I submitted it anyways since the numbers matched my records. Very frustrating to scroll through 4 groups of transactions containing 8 pages of 25 each trying to find an error.
