Ever increasing prices
CONSTANTLY asking to upgrade to additional services
Deceptively tries to request access to additional information to be used internally + sold to 3rd parties under the implication that it is required. Less literate users probably accept blindly.

Used for years make taxes filing easy and gives you the biggest refund! Only complaint I have is it went from 0 to file and now fees are higher every year.

Premium package worthless

Crappy due to making me add the premium package for stocks. on some of the forms. That is a money grabbing scheme.
