Not as Simple as you might think!

This year's program was full or very annoying glitches causing me to call for help two times. Your estimated time to complete was 1 hour 32 minutes. It took me over 5 1/2 hours to finish!

I love using TurboTax because it is easy and efficient! I like that it imports previous year's information, and that it is easy to import tax documents. My only complaint is how expensive it is to file.
