Problems with e-filing

Due to previous filing of non-deductible IRA withdrawals while married and going through divorce in 2023 and make a IRA Roth Rollover this year, I hit a situation where I was not allowed to e-file due to amounts showing in spouse IRA basis in 2022/2023 calculations. Thus, I had to print out and file my return by mail and was not able to get a direct deposit of my tax refund.

I have been using TurboTax for years for my personal and business taxes. I love that there are explanations and you can get help right away from an agent if needed. TurboTax takes the stress away and makes filing taxes easy.

Everything went well until it came to fixing issues after return was rejected. It took some time to fix and unaccomplished that on my IPhone. My computer wouldn’t take me to the issues to be fixed.
