Some parts were confusing about when and how much you are charged have used this before and never was charged for fed taxes

Quick and easy!

My experience with turbo tax was great! it was pretty easy to use and quick as well. Other than the fact that I paid more than expected, which I was not to happy about. Despite the prices for it, I would recommend Turbo Tax to my friends and family.

TOO EXPENSIVE WITH ALL THE "NICKELING AND DIMING" FEES. YOU SHOULD HAVE DISCOUNTS FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE USED YOUR PLATFORM FOR 5 YEARS OR MORE.

Everything was smooth for the most part. I was confused about how to change some information with the back buttons, etc. It took a while to get it figured out.
