Good, but why can't it be better?

Every year it gets a little faster. But every year information is imported incorrectly and I have to delete the forms and enter it by hand. Whether that is TurboTax or the banks--who knows? I'm not spending my time to get it fixed digitally.

Not what it used to be

Worst year with turbo tax yet and I have been a loyal customer for YEARS. They upcharge everything and charge way more then normal. They won't help anymore unless you upgrade. Unless you guys change your business model to appreciate repeat clients instead of new one only, I will be going elsewhere next year.

It's quick, relatively painless, and especially shortens the time if you have state taxes as well.
