Completed initial information and a form for Premium came up without my understanding. A very nice lady assisted me to understand the reason for that level of service.

SCAM! $40 processing fee??

They are terrible. They quote one price, then they keeping raising it as you go farther along with your taxes. Then at the end, they tack on a $40 processing fee! SCAM!

Unhappy refund tracker removed

I've used Turbo Tax for over 10 years now. I was very unhappy that the Refund Tracker at the top of the page was removed this year. If its not returned for next year I will take my business elsewhere.
