Easy to use and navigate

I have been using TT for 5+ years now. I don't have any unique situations to file so I am comfortable with doing my taxes myself. Turbo Tax makes the whole process easy with definitions and examples of situations that I am not familiar with. If any numbers seem odd, Turbo Tax explains the error/review to ensure that I am providing accurate inf0ormation.

TurboTax is ok

I keep selecting the free option, but it makes me use premium for whatever reason. Also, I hate how there is a $40 processing fee I was not aware of until after I had filed. It seems ridiculously expensive.

It's easy to get through, but I wish the cost was more up front than waiting until you need to file something more and finding out they are going to charge extra for it.
