I recently used TurboTax for my tax filing, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. The software is incredibly user-friendly, guiding me through each step with clear instructions and helpful tips. I appreciated the ability to import my W-2 forms, which saved me a lot of time. The platform also helped me identify deductions I might have missed otherwise. Customer support was responsive and knowledgeable, which added to my confidence in using the software. Worst Functionality Ever

I've used this product for several years now and THIS YEAR WAS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST !!!!! I couldn't navigate the prompts, the directions didn't match what was on the screen ( for instance JUMP TO, MY INFO, BACK PAGE,TOOLS - nothing worked...) The help menus were useless. I deeply struggled to edit sections I couldn't see, had to delete forms without being able to view them first, I had to recircle through the same prompts again and again and again! What a waste of time and to think I paid $138 bucks for this app. Horrid!
