Be careful, Turbo is looking to make $$$

The big issue I have with TurboTax is the constant asking to upgrade the package you have selected. It is most irritating. Additionally, the way you are asked to receive your return is EXTREMELY deceptive. Initially you ask to check off Karma which is free or if you want it quick delivery to your bank it's an additional $25. Deceptive.

Turbo tax services are awesome

Keith was very helpful , he helped me with the 1095A submission so that I was able to finally e-file vs me having to mail in my taxes do to an error that I was receiving on my end prior to calling in.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

This year Turbo Tax was not as accurate as prior years. It kept having me repeat things, which ultimately caused some errors I had to find and correct.
