Stupid! Can't change from standard deduction to itemized deduction on my NYC tax return even though the itemized deduction was clearly better. I'm really upset about this. Cost me $120 in tax savings. Tried to contact support, but oh wait, you have to pay for that! Guess how? Much more than $120. My gosh!
