Turbo Tax is Very Efficient

Turbo Tax is great at bringing over previous years data. Most instructions are clear and easy to follow. I did have an issue with one on the 1099R filings that seemed to put me in a loop but I worked around it.

Helps explain the tax process in layman's terms. I was extremely irritated that the "running refund tracker" feature was removed. I've been using the software for over a decade, and I was so annoyed about the tracker that I may use different software next year.

turbo tax

I wish I could just go where I want to enter data without having to go through all of the questions, again and again. Also, without being asked if I want MAX consistently. Also, I'd like to see the "instructions" and tax table available. I have a spreadsheet which I do in addition. This is confirmation and ease of filling out the forms. I'd like to see sections to verify, as well.
