Turbo Tax simply makes filing our taxes so easy. Step by step guidelines and explanations throughout. Will continue to use as long as I have to file.

The fees should be a little lower for tax payers and overall it's fine for people who need help doing text season

Very easy, but very pricey

I do find the software quite easy and convenient to use, but the price is a bit steep considering that filing taxes can be done for free with a bit of research and time for how to do it right. And it's annoying how they are CONSTANTLY trying to persuade me to use the even more expensive TurboTax options. But it is very convenient.
