Your attempts at getting me to send additional information looks too much like required information and I find it very deceptive. Hard to delete information and explanations didn't seem as clear as past years I have used your services. Your product is not as good as it has been in the past and I will use it one more year and if it doesn't improve, I will be going elsewhere.
