I should have never stopped using Turbotax, it was easy and completed everything quickly with little issues

Turbo Tax has changed. I felt I was misled about MAX. I don't want it. I can't get rid of it. Not pleased at all.

I wanted to download and install on my computer, but it would not work. I tried it on two different laptops. Don't like having my information out in the cloud.

I am not going to recommend to anyone. It requires a person to do all the work then makes you upgrade in order to file. Not happy with Turbo Tax.

I have used Turbo Tax for years and this year was much more difficult to use. Needed to ask for help 2 x. Both times were very helpful but I have never had to make use of that before.
