I have been using Turbo Tax for years and it just keeps getting better. It has a simple interface, good knowledge base articles, and live support when I need it.

It needs to be able to complete state tax returns more easily. Something asked for what was in line 11 of Form 1040 for example, but I cannot see that because i haven't paid TurboTax yet because I haven't completed them yet. Sometimes it winds up being a real guessing game as to what is intended. Pullover from places like Edward Jones has gotten better, but still needs work.

Every year there's something else it won't let me do! This year it would not take me to the return so i could manually take off my schedule C since I deleted it 3 times and it kept coming back!!!
I'm not a stupid person. it is easy stuff. I spent an extra 1.5 hours on it and it still isn't correct!
