Easy to use just gets confusing on closing offers to pay with return but then jumps to next screen not offering that option

Always an easy process

It's always easy to follow the entry aspects, but there are certain terms that I really don't understand that likely don't even apply to me. However, this year, it seemed to had to reload quite a few documents which should have automatically been there.

I got used to doing using CDs purchased. the on line version was confusing. i could not tell what was previously automatically loaded. the info was using payors id numbers not their name.

I use this mainly because it's attached as an addition to my quickbooks subscription, but honestly it makes the whole process so much easier and I appreciate it so much! For a stressful time of year, it's made a whole lot less stressful with this!
