Just barely sticking around. TT is getting worse.

The time-wasting animations are awful. "Preparing your whatever....!!!!" Isn't helpful. Just move to the next screen already. The upselling is unhelpful. I want a document-centric approach to my taxes. I provide what I have, then we figure out what it all means. The handholding is obnoxious, at least until I provide the information I have. I haven't gotten over the other year when I had to spend hours clicking through meaningless screens over zero-cent transactions due to these awful animations. This year you stopped putting the VERY HELPFUL federal and state estimated returns numbers at the top of the page, making Turbotax even less useful. I would gladly move to better tax software if I knew which one to use. The only thing keeping me around is that Turbotax keeps my previous tax history.
