User interface is degrading

More difficult to use this year. Prior year tax form question is a loop if the taxpayer hasn’t received Schwab tax form downloads. Also, why does the nickname on this form have to be unique. You are making me guess a unique name

glitches in program

worse year ever. Many glitches cause me to restart. Didn'
t accurately import my 1099s. Had to manually input items from the dates of purchase of stocks. Didn't recognise and bring forward a $518.16 credit for taxes paid to Canada for taxes on dividends. Guess Ill have to file an amended return. Or you could fix it!

Confusing this year

It seemed as though the wording was a little different this year and was more confusing. Are you doing this to make people pay extra to talk to someone? Just the way it seemed to me.
