Turbo Tax is an awesome software!

Turbotax struggled to import some Forms

It is awefull!

it took me more than 3 hours to just complete Virginia tax return!! Me and my wife moved to different states and I wanted to file tax returns as usual with turbo tax. It was an awful experience. I wish I paid the same $300 to a lawyer so I would not be spending hours on tax return.

Great once you get going. A bit confusing logging on and does not easily draw from previous returns

Turbo tax Nickels and dimes customers.

Not helpful that I had to pay extra for schedule D. Your Company is treating me badly. I had paid already and you wouldn't let me add 1099B and SCH D will out paying more I am a loyal customer and I feel mistreated by this.

I've been using Turbo Tax for over 20 years and always found it helpful and user friendly. But I'm about to find an alternative way to filing because it's way too expensive for a single income household.
