Too expensive and deceptive practices

The fees inngeneral are too high for a simple tax return and the fee for e-filing is hidden until the end. There are too many redirects to pay higher fees that can be confusing.

Ok… but kinda complicated this year…

I think things were quite a bit more complicated this year than all the other years I’ve used turbo tax, even way before it was all done online and had to buy disks to upload to computer each year. Took me much longer than ever before.
